Hey, I'm Darren

And I am passionate about two things

1 - I want people to enjoy going to work (have purpose)

2 - Founders and Entrepreneurs deserve success

With that in mind, I want to give back to both the above by using experiences gained in business on what works, what may not and where frustrations will come from.

After time in the Royal Air Force (Supporting the Air Squadrons) I spent the next 27+ years working for corporates and start-ups backed by Venture Capital, Private Equity or completely boostrapped. I had a clear passion for helping businesses get to and beyond a 'grow-up' phase and for the last 13 years have used the Entrepreneurial Operating System as my guiding principle.

Running a business shouldn't be hard, but without a simple guiding organisational operating system, many will misjudge behaviours, people, prediction and prioritisation.

Hot Dish had been in business for 19 years and had hit a ceiling. Tjey were spinning plates and didn't feel they were doing anything deliberately. After implementing EOS they grew for the last 4 years by 30%
